The conference, co-hosted by the National Credit Union Administration and NASCUS, will be held July 24th to 26th at the Congress Plaza Hotel in Chicago, USA.

The International Credit Union Regulators' Network ICURN is an independent and not-for-profit association of financial cooperative supervisors from around the world. Open to financial cooperative supervisors only, the conference provides an unparalleled opportunity to stay on top of the latest trends and methodologies in supervision including cyber security, FinTech developments and SupTech initiatives.

Presentation: Experiences With SupTech – How Far Can SupTech Take Us

Liam will review developments to date in the area of SupTech and its application for cooperative supervisors. He will share examples of supervisors successfully leveraging standard product solutions and outline how the the maturity in SupTech can help transform financial supervision. Liam will explore advances in technology in the area of Machine Learning and how it could be used by cooperative supervisors. Finally, he will focus on the application of technology to the Regtech/SupTech ecosystem and share his experiences of working with leading regulators in this area.
