AEOI Training

Vizor has been providing training services for almost 20 years. Our training courses are hands-on and combine mixed-mode methodology to deliver an effective and enjoyable user experience. Feedback from training courses is consistently positive with satisfaction ratings received from delegates constantly exceeding expectations. We have successfully delivered training to over 35 different competent authorities equipping hundreds of users with the knowledge and skills they need to administer and maintain Vizor Software.

In recent years, there has been a need to provide more flexible 24x7 access to consumable training content in order to satisfy the training needs of organisations in a more flexible way without the necessary overhead associated with the sole provision of onsite training.

The Vizor Training Academy is an on-demand eLearning Web portal giving access to product training on the AEOI solution and allows professionals to achieve certification requirements ensuring those tasked with administering and maintaining Vizor AEOI software solutions are properly enabled to do so.

Classroom-based tuition is normally provided during implementation and at the request of the Authority on a time and materials basis thereafter. The Authority can take the option of traveling to Vizor’s office in Dublin or to host the training in-country.

Our classroom-based training allows for up to 10 attendees per session. This course provides the necessary training for day-to-day use of the Vizor Supervision Centre and Vizor Portal applications. This includes managing initial enrolments, internal users, creating and submitting manual CRS & FATCA filings, creating CRS & FATCA XML filings, financial institutions, documents, reports, creating and submitting CbC filings, exporting filings to CTS and IDES.

VC0005 – Vizor Certified AEOI Administration for Tax Authorities is available for Tax Authority users. This course can be made available either as classroom-based training and/or online through the Vizor Training Academy. This allows delegates to demonstrate all the competencies and skills required to administer their Vizor AEOI solution.

The advanced training workshops (1-2 days in duration) comprise a unique opportunity to gain additional hands-on practice in specialist topics through a customised agenda. A short consultation session is usually undertaken to agree on topic selection.

The normal pre-requisite for participation in an advanced training workshop is successful certification through classroom-based or online training. Advanced Vizor AEOI Training Workshops can take place during refresher classroom training or via product update webinars.
