In 2000, our founders, Conor Crowley and Ross Kelly, were both young, eager technology consultants in the field of financial regulation. They experienced, first hand, the inefficiency of disjointed technologies that were being used. They knew there had to be a better way, they knew technology could greatly improve workflow and productivity for financial regulators. Funded and advised by several leading veterans of the financial and technology industries they embarked on a mission to make a difference; to simplify and strengthen financial supervision systems.

Product Development

Since then Vizor Software has been developed and shaped to serve the evolving needs of competent authorities around the world. Our products have become the most comprehensive out-of-the-box solution for a broad range of supervisory challenges. Vizor is now the acknowledged global leader in the provision of supervisory systems to financial regulators, by number of installations. In 2014, Vizor recognized an opportunity when the USA passed the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), to create a product for Tax Authorities to meet their obligations to the IRS. This product was built for extensibility and so now also meets all other AEOI requirements. Ready for market since the end of 2014, the Vizor AEOI solution has become the world’s leading solution for Tax Authorities.

Company Growth

The company has continued to grow in line with the increase in its product portfolio and customer base. In 2018, Vizor moved to a new headquarters facility providing the space needed for future expansion. Vizor is committed to innovation and the continued development of its product roadmap to serve the evolving needs of supervisory and tax authorities around the world. Our deep collaboration with some of the world’s leading competent authorities has been fundamental to our success and will continue to be so in the future.
